Cybersecurity Working Group
The objectives of the working group are to:
• Share information on:
- cybersecurity incidents, breaches, and regulatory action taken, subject to restrictions in agreements, statutes and regulations.
- regulator responses (“playbooks”) for reported intermediaries cybersecurity breaches
- legislative and/or regulatory developments, guidance and best practices regarding cybersecurity and confidentiality for intermediaries.
• Work on initiatives that further cybersecurity knowledge and best practices by intermediaries.
